Established in 2007

Cakeheads is a very unique custom design cake studio. We do not have a traditional retail shop, and we do not have cakes that are sitting in a refrigerator waiting to be adopted.

At Cakeheads we scratch bake, fill, decorate and box your cake especially for you just before you pick it up. To do this, we need you to order in advance. Our schedule fills up fast, so the sooner you know, the sooner you should call.

We love cake, and cake needs to be enjoyed at its freshest. This is what we believe, and it is what Cakeheads is all about.

We have created a one of a kind concept of a cake bakery that is all about each cake. It does not get any fresher or any better than a Cakeheads cake. Our name and our passion are part of every cake that leaves our door. Give us a call and you will know what we are talking about.

Not all cake is created equal.

Cherrie Isroff has worked for several award-winning hotels all over the United States including Pinehurst Resort and Country Club in NC, Foxwoods Resort and Casino in CT, and The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO to name a few.

Bradley Isroff worked for many fine dining restaurants and hotels prior to working for Chef America, the maker of Hot Pockets in their foodservice marketing division, and then Nestle, SA. in their hand-held foods division.

In 2001 Cherrie and Bradley began a small wholesale cookie business that quickly became a national contract baking company. Today Cakeheads operates out of a 12,000 square foot bakery in Centennial, Colorado.

Cherrie oversees the product development and production side of the business. She spends much of her work and free time fine tuning her skills in the art of baking and pastry, which led her to begin the wedding and specialty cake division of the company. Cakeheads Studio is the trendiest cakewalk to delicious and exquisite wedding cakes in Denver. Super premium cocoa powders and exotic fruit purees are just some of the ingredients that set Cakeheads apart. Attention to detail, artisan craftsmanship and an undying love for the art and science of cake-making are just some of the traits that make Cakeheads an exciting departure from the traditional bakery.

Cakeheads has been featured on channel 7 news and was awarded Best Wedding Cake at the 2008 and 2009 Colorado Chocolate Festivals. Cakeheads was voted one of the top 5 wedding cake bakeries for 2010 on the Channel 7 A-LIST. Cherrie is the creative genius behind Cakeheads wedding and occasion cakes, as well as all of the baked goods that are found on the shelves of coffee shops and retail outlets nationwide.

Bradley oversees the business, sales and marketing for Cakeheads. Bradley spends much of his time developing branded and non-branded bakery programs for grocery stores, retailers, hotels, restaurants, catering companies and coffee shops locally and nationwide. Cakeheads wholesale division has a large assortment of everyday cakes and tortes, hand decorated cookies, specialty pastries, Mini Bites, brownies, cereal bars, whoopie pies, cookie sandwiches and more. Cakeheads also enjoys creating custom products and specialized bakery programs for retailers that want to offer something extraordinary to their customers.

Cherrie and Bradley have both been in the specialty food industry for a combined 30 plus years, and continue to have a passion for fine food and fine desserts. Their passion, creativity and drive shows in everything they create.
