Birthday cakes, graduation cakes, anniversary cakes and other occasion cakes are

priced based on size, design, complexity and flavors.

Wedding Cakes:  Buttercream Cakes start @ $6.00/slice,  Fondant Cakes start @ 7.00/slice

Above prices are reflective of wedding cakes for 100 persons or more.

We have a minimum wedding cake price of $500.00

Our Policies

1)  Payment - All of our products are custom made to order, therefore payment is due at the time the order is placed.

2)  Cancellation Policy (Wedding Cakes):  See Contract

3)  Cancellation Policy (All Other Orders / Products): There are no refunds or credits available for orders that are not cancelled at least 5 business days prior to the delivery or pickup date of the order.  Business days are Monday through Friday (Excluding Holidays).

4)  Artistic License - Cakeheads is a custom artisan crafted bakery.  Colors, textures and designs are not a perfect science in the world of cakes.  There is a chance that during the construction, decorating or building of your product, that an element may not look correct, or may not deliver the intended theme or style presented during a phone conversation or consultation.  Artistic license allows the sugar artists employed by Cakeheads, LLC to use their best judgment when creating your product.  Refunds will not be given, and legal claims may not be made as long as the cake reasonably reflects the theme or style presented during the consultation.

5)  Pickup or Delivery - Once a cake has been removed from the premises, there are abolutely no refunds or exchanges.

6)  Timing - Because all Cakeheads cakes are baked, assembled and decorated to order, we recommend your order be placed at least a week in advance.  For more customized orders, 2 to 3 weeks notice is suggested.  Changes or modifications to a cake design within 7 business days of the due date of a cake is subject to additional charges.  Short notice orders for custom cakes are also subject to a 25% surcharge.

7)  Non-Specific Guarantee - Cakeheads guarantees all customers and clients that we will make every effort to deliver the highest quality product possible.  We strive to deliver a product that exceeds our clients expectations.
